These Terms of Use are an agreement between Kingdom Rush TD ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("User" or "you" or "your"). • User License
  You retain all of your ownership rights in your Content; however, by submitting Content to Kingdom Rush TD, you hereby grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Content throughout the world in any media. • User Generated Contributions
  The Website may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the Website, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively, "Contributions"). • Contribution License
  By submitting your Contributions to us, you automatically grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display your Contributions alone or as part of other works in any form, media, or technology whether now known or hereafter developed, and to sublicense such rights through multiple tiers of sub-licensees. The foregoing grants shall include the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such Contributions, including but not limited to rights under copyright, trademark, service mark, or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction. You also irrevocably waive, and cause to be waived, against Kingdom Rush TD and its users any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to your Contributions.

The arbitration shall be conducted in India, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or we may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in India necessary to protect the rights or property of you and us pending the completion of arbitration.
